Biography

Kristin Hanson is a current student at the University of Michigan pursuing a BFA in Dance with minors in Performing Arts Management and Art History. Originally from Croswell MI, Kristin has had the pleasure of performing in works by Joel Valentin-Martinez, Kelly Hirina, Johanna Kepler, and many other undergraduate students while at UofM. She has recently studied with Marcat Dance, DanceWorks Chicago, and BAIRA / MVMNT PHLOSPHY. Kristin works as a student staff member in the Education and Community Outreach department at University Musical Society and is a member of both Arts In Color and Dance Student Assembly. She is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration and loves supporting artists through arts administration.
